Presentations should be informative and practical, while avoiding content that is overly commercial or promotional.
We welcome contributions that reflect real‑world practice, technical depth, and forward‑looking perspectives across the pressure‑equipment ecosystem.
Topics may include, but are not limited to:
Fitness‑for‑service assessments and risk‑based inspection
Failure analysis, incident reviews, and lessons learned
Materials, welding, fabrication, and repair practices
Asset integrity management and lifecycle planning
Digital tools, monitoring, and data‑driven decision‑making
Regulatory change and compliance approaches

If you’re unsure whether your topic fits, we encourage you to submit — relevance is often broader than authors expect.
Abstract: A 300 word or two-paragraph summary of your proposed paper.
Speaker Bio: Short professional biography highlighting relevant experience.
Submissions must be made via the online form (link provided).
Multiple authors may be listed; however, at least one presenter must attend the workshop and deliver the presentation.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Workshop Advisory Committee.
Assessment will consider relevance, clarity, technical accuracy, and practical value to attendees.
Notification dates are listed in the Key Dates section below.
To ensure a consistent and high‑quality experience for attendees, accepted presenters are asked to follow these guidelines.
Presentation Length: Presentations are 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
The industry sessions follow a classic presenter–audience format.
Presentations may be provided as PowerPoint or PDF (16:9) by the date stated under key dates.
Presenters may use their own slide template, provided the workshop is referenced in the slide footer.
Content should remain informative and non‑promotional.
Presentations will become the intellectual property of the organiser, who may use them for workshop‑related purposes.
There will be no official recording of presentations; this is a face‑to‑face event only.
Presenters must register by the stated confirmation date to confirm participation.
Presenters attend at the standard registration rate. While no discount is offered, presenters receive the admiration of their peers — and a small gift in recognition of their contribution.
A laptop and projector will be provided.
Audio playback is not supported.
Full technical setup details will be announced closer to the workshop.
